Pot Roast #4crockpot, meats 3.00 lb beef pot roast 4.00 oz mushrooms, sliced, can; or 1.00 pkg mushrooms, fresh; sliced 1.00 pkg onion soup mix 0.50 cup broth; beef Place roast in crockpot. Place mushrooms on top of meat. Mix beef broth with onion soup mix and pour over all. Cover and cook 10-12 hours on low or 5-6 hours on high.
