Wild Rice Casserole

1/2 cup margarine; melted
3 stalks celery; thinly sliced
2 medium onions; finely chopped
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (1
2 1/2 cups water
2 packages wild rice and long grain converted; (7 oz each)
1 can sliced mushrooms; (4 oz) drained
1/2 pound processed American cheese; cubed
Combine all ingredients in crock pot; stir throughly. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 10 hours (on high setting for 2 to 3 1/2 hours)
