Peggy's Mom's Chocolate Cake

2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
1 cup cocoa
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup oil
2 single eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cup water
1) Sift sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together. Add oil, eggs, vanilla and water all at once and mix well.
2) Bake in a 13x9x2 inch pan at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
Top with your favorite icing.
