Coffee Cake With Streusel Toppingcakes 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 3 teaspoon double acting baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup sour cream 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs ----STREUSEL TOPPING---- 2 tablespoon flour 2 tablespoon unsalted butter 2 tablespoon sugar 3 tablespoon brown sugar PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. Combine all ingredients in a mixer and mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Do not over mix. Pour batter into a 9-by-9-inch lightly greased cake pan, and cover with streusel topping (RECIPE Follows). Bake about 20 minutes. STREUSEL TOPPING: PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS together in a mixer and mix until crumbled. |
