Cream Cheese Frosting From Joyce Kohl
cakes
1 pkg cream cheese (8-oz)
1/4 lb butter or oleo
1 lb powdered sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Blend all ingredients together until smooth enough to spread on a cooled cake.
NOTE: Especially good on a Carrot Cake
