Devils Food Cake

5 egg whites
1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter milk
2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 powdered sugar for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 deg f. Coat a 9" square baking dish with non stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, with mixer on medium, beat egg whites, brown sugar, and butter milk for two minutes. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes or until well blended. Pour into greased dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a pick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool in dish for 15 minutes on a wire rack. Remmove from dish and cool completely. Garnish with powdered sugar and serve. Makes about 12 servings. Each serving = 182 cal, 5 g pro, 0 g fat, 0 mg chol, 40 g carbs, 119 mg sodium. Percent of calories from fat = 0 %.
