Raw Apple Cakecakes 1 1/2 cup oil 2 cup sugar 4 raw apples, chopped 3 eggs 1 cup pecans 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 cup self rising flour 1 topping 1 cup sugar 1 stick of margarine 1 can condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 300 degrees fro 1 hour. Topping: Mix in a saucepan and cook until thick. Remove cake from oven and cut into squares while still hot.
