Boiled Frosting 1candies 1 cup white sugar 1/3 cup water 1 teaspoon vinegar 2 each egg whites 1 teaspoon vanilla Boil to-gether sugar, water and vinegar to 238 F or until syrup spins when dropped from tip of spoon.
