Raspberry Puree

2 10 oz pkgs
2 tablespoon superfine sugar
1 tablespoon kirsch or other
1 cherry-flavoured brandy
1 frozen raspberries --
1 defrosted & drained
Rub the raspberries with the back of a large spoon through a fine sieve set over a mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar and kirsch, cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
