Micro Fudgechocolate, desserts, microwave 1 box confectioner's sugar 1/2 cup cocoa (real) 1 stick margarine, softened 4 large to 6 lg marshmallows 1/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix sugar and cocoa in microwave-safe bowl. Lay margarine and marshmallows on top. Microwave at 2 minutes on high. Add vanilla and (up to) 1/4 cup milk; "stir like hell." Chill on dish. From: Maggie Truelove |
