Chocolate-scotch Drops
cookies
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate pieces
6 oz butterscotch pieces
1 1/2 cup quick quaker oats; uncooked
1 cup salted peanuts
Melt chocolate and butterscotch pieces in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water; stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in oats and peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill.
