Peanut Crisps


cookies

1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup crispie rice cereal

In a large mixing bowl stir together peanut butter, egg, sugar and vanilla. When well blended, quickly stir in cereal. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet and flatten with tines of a fork. Bake at 350 F for about 10 minutes. Do not remove from pan until slightly cooled.
