Baked Pears

8 pears
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1 pinch powdered ginger

1. Leave stems on pears, but cut a slice from the bottom end to form a flat surface so pears will stand up in baking dish. 2. Mix all ingridients and pour over pears. 3. Bake uncovered in preheated oven at 325 F, for 1 hour and 20 min. 4. Baste with the syrup while baking. Out of Have a natural Christmas 79 typed by Brigitte Sealing
