Chocolate Mint Piedesserts, pies 18 chocolate sandwich cookies 1 finely crushed 3 tablespoon butter, melted 1 quart mint chocolate chip ice 1 cream, softened 1 cup whipped cream 8 chocolate covered mint candy Mix together cookie crumbs and butter: Press into 9" pie plate to make crust. Freeze 1 hour. Spread Ice Cream iun an even layer. Freeze 8 hours. Spoon whipped cream over top: Garnish with candies. Serve Immediately. |
