Key Lime Pie 4

2 pkg (4-serving size each) or
1 pkg (8-serving size) jell-o
1 brand lime flavor gelatin
2 cup boiling water
2 teaspoon grated lime peel
1/4 cup lime juice
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 packaged graham cracker
1 crumb crust
1 cool whip non-dairy whipped
1 topping, thawed, optional
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lime peel and juice. Spoon in ice-cream, stirring until melted and smooth. Chill until mixture will mound from spoon. Spoon gelatin mixture into crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
