Libby's Famous Pumpkin Pie Recipe

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (16 oz) libby's solid pack
1 pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 can (13 fl oz) evaporated milk
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell

1>. Preheat oven to 425øF. Mix filling ingredients in order given. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425øF for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350øF and continue baking for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into center of pie filling comes out clean. Cool. Top with whipped cream.
