Maple Cherry Syrup

1 1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup sugar, brown; packed
1/2 cup honey
2 each orange; juiced w/1tsp. peel
2 each lemon; juiced w/1tsp. peel
2 tablespoon butter/margarine
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 cup cherries, tart, dried; chopped
Combine maple syrup, brown sugar, honey, juices and grated rind in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes. Add cherries, cook 2 minutes. Serve over pancakes, waffles, etc.
