Blender Cheesecake

16 Ounces Cream Cheese; * see note
1 Pint Sour Cream
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
2 Graham Cracker Crusts
Put every thing except cream cheese in a blender at high speed and mix well. Add cheese in a little at a time and mix well, repeating until all cheese is mixed in.
Bake at 325 degrees farenheit for 30 to 40 minutes.
* TO MAKE A CREAM CHEESE SUBSTITUTE:
strain the whey out of plain yougurt by placing the yougurt in a strainer and allowing to drain overnight in the fridge. Use the remaining mixture as cream cheese.
