Peach Cobbler

1 dough:
2 cup biscuit mix
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoon sugar
1 filling:
3 cup peaches; peeled, sliced
2/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon; divided
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoon butter
Preheat oven to 425F. Mix filling ingredients in pot; place on medium heat and allow to boil. Put hot fruit in bottom of buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Dot with 1 Tbsp butter. Mix dough ingredients in separate bowl; form into boll. Roll out dough. cover filling with rolled dough. Dot dough with butter and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Bake 30 minutes at 425F. Apples, pears and plums may also be used with this recipe. Source: my own recipe
