Peach Crunch

29 oz peach slices in juice --
1 drained
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
3 tablespoon margarine -- cold
1/3 cup brown sugar -- packed
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1/2 cup unbleached flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Arrange peach slices onto bottom of prepared dish. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and orange juice. Pour over peaches; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, brown sugar, corn flake crumbs, flour, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peach mixture. Bake for 25 minutes.
