Pecan Delight

3 each egg whites
20 each round buttery crackers; roll
1 cup sugar; fine
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 single whipped cream
Grease 9" glass piepan. Beat egg whites til stiff; fold in sugar, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Beat until stiff. Fold in cracker crumbs & chopped pecans. Pour mix into piepan.
