2 cup persimmon pulp
2 cup flour
3 cup milk
2 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
6 oz margarine
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
mix all ingred. together. pour into greased pyrex dish. Bake at 375 deg. for 40 min., reduce heat to 350 for another 10 min.
