Persimmon Pudding 5

1 egg
3 oz butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup persimmon pulp
1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup milk
Cream butter and sugar, add egg, blend well. Add dry ingredients and milk. Stir in persimmon pulp. Pour into greased pan (9x13) bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
