Pinch Pie

3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar

Combine in bowl of mixmaster first 6 ingredients. Beat at high speed until stiff. Add 1 cup of sugar a little at a time. Shape like a pie shell on greased cookie sheet or form small amounts like birds nests and bake in 275 oven 1 hour, turn off oven and leave in oven to dry. Serve with ice cream or fruit.
