Carrot Cake #1

2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon soda
2/3 cup cooking oil
2 cup grated carrots
4 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts
1 frosting:
1 small pk cream cheese
1/4 stick margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients in order; beat well. Pour into 2 9x5x2-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees one hr., or until done. Frost with the following frosting, if desired.
Frosting:
Mix all ingredients well. Spread frosting over cooled cake.
