Pizza Dough Recipe I

1 1/3 cup water at 45 c (110f)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon yeast
2 tablespoon vegetable oil (olive prefered)
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
4 cup flour

Proof yeast in warm water and sugar. Add rest of ingredients and knead until an elastic dough is formed. Rise once until doubled, beat down roll out onto pans and let rest for 15 minutes before topping. If time is short, the first rise can be skipped with little quality depreciation.
