Cocoa Mint Espresso Shake

4 oz brewed espresso
2 teaspoon creme de cacao
1 teaspoon creme de menthe
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Mix all ingredients in blender for 15 to 20 seconds or until smooth. Pour into cups. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and mint sprigs. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #1
