Deluxe Chocolate Sauce

2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cup icing sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup hot water

Measure first 5 ingredients into saucepan. Heat and stir over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Beat in icing sugar, syrup and water until smooth. Pour into jar. Store in refrigerator. Makes 4=BD cups.
