Raisin Filling

1 cup chopped raisins
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 1/2 teaspoon flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Combine raisins, sugar, lemon juice, and flour. Add water. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Mrs. Leonard Hodge, Murdock, KS.
