Chocolate Bundt Cake

1 pkg deep chocolate cake mix
4 oz pk instant chocolate pudding
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup warm water
4 each eggs
1 pkg (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 single powdered sugar to sprinkle
Mix all ingredients, except powdered sugar, until well blended. Pour into well greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on serving plate.
