Rice Pudding 4

1/2 cup rice
1 pint milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 cinnamon

Rice Pudding Cook milk and rice for about 35 minutes, just below boiling. Watch over. 5 minutes before completion, add sugar, stirring constantly. Pour into a pie pan and top with cinnamon. Serve warm or cold. From: Tony Burke
