Scintillating Lemon Pie

1 pastry shell *
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter, softened
3 eggs, well beaten
2 tablespoon lemon rind, fresh grated
3 lemons, peeled, sliced thin
1/2 cup cold water

* Make triangular sections for top - dust with sugar and nutmeg. Bake Mix all ingredients and pour into the unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 400 deg F for 25 min. Add the prebaked triangular sections and bake another 10 min.
