Ginger-soy Marinade


diabetic, fish, meats, poultry, sauces

1/4 cup cider-vinegar
2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 green onion
1 tablespoon gingerroot; grated
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoon fresh lomon juice

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Use to marinate meat, fish, chicken for an hour or overnight, turning to coat from time to time.
