Grilled Mustar Turkey Cutlets

1 lb turkey breast cutlets
2 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoon mayonnaise; no-cholesterol reduced-ca
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 pepper to taste
1 paprika
2 tablespoon parsley; chopped and fresh
Preheat broiler. Coat broiler with non-stick cooking spray. Rinse turkey and pat dry. Mix together mustard, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl. Coat one side of turkey with half of mustard mixture. Broil about 4 inches from heat source 5 minutes. Turn and coat other side of turkey with mustard sauce and sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
