Tortilla Ranch Style

1 cup assorted vegetables; thinly shredded (carrots,
1 large flour torilla
2 tablespoon reduced-cal ranch dressing
1 oz swiss cheese
1 oz turkey; sliced;

Layer vegetables on tortilla. Sprinkle dressing over vegetables. Add Swiss cheese and turkey. Roll up. Eat cold or microwave brifly.
