Coconut Orange Chicken

1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoon coriander
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup orange juice

Place above ingredients with only half of the orange juice in a blender containter and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Scrape sides and add another 1/2 cup of orange juice. Cook chicken to intrustion on the bag. Pour sauce over chicken and serve. A recipe I found on a chicken bag from the store.
