Apple Meat Loaf

2 1/2 lb lean beef; ground
1 1/2 cup prapared stuffing mix
2 cup apples; finely chopped
3 eggs; (or egg substitute)
2 teaspoon salt; (or to taste)
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 large onion; minced
3 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/4 cup catup

Combine all ingredients; mix throughtly. Pack into a greased 9 X 6 X 3" loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. The Panhellenic Cookbook Meats Brought to you and yours via Nancy O'Brion and her Meal-Master.
