Grape-nuts Raisin Pudding

1 cup water
1 1/2 oz grape-nuts cereal
1 tablespoon quick cooking tapioca; +
1 teaspoon quick cooking tapioca
1/4 teaspoon maple extract
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 teaspoon brown sugar; firmly packed
1 ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in the top of a double boiler over boiling water. Cook, stirring, until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon, serve warm
