Marinated Mushrooms

2 cup small fresh mushrooms cut in half
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon dried chives
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 salt to taste

Combine all ingredients, chill several hours or overnight. Per serving: 1g protein, 7g fat, 2g carb., 11mg sodium, 0mg chol., 73 calories.
