Shrimp Teriyaki


diabetic, fish, lowfat, main dish

3 tablespoon soy sauce(low-sodium)
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon seasame oil +
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoon sherry extract
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoon honey
1 1/4 lb peeled, deveined shrimp

Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a bowl. Add shrimp and marinate several hours, stirring occasionally. Preheat broiler. Remove shrimp from marinade, place on broiler pan and broil 5 minutes. turn and broil until shrimp is just done. Heat marinade and serve with shrimp. Per serving: 30g protein, 7g fat, 5g carb., 982mg sodium, 216mg chol., 209 calories.
