Sweet And Spicy Turkey Loaf

1 lb ground turkey
1 salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/16 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
3 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 cup finely chopped onions

Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients, shape into loaf and place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour. Per serving: 21g protein, 12g fat, 6g carb., 285mg sodium, 76mg chol., 212 calories.
