Oriental Burgers
diabetic, lowfat, main dish, meats, oriental
1 lb very lean ground beef
1 egg white
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon minced onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients, shape into 4 patties. Place on rack in broiler pan or grill. cook 3 inches from heat about 5 minutes per side, or until done to taste.
Per serving: 21g protein, 15g fat, 2g carb., 332mg sodium, 70mg chol., 230 calories.
