Swissy Tuna


diabetic, fish, main dish, sandwiches

1 cup white chuck tuna in water
1 tablespoon low-cal mayo
1/2 teaspoon ts powdered garlic
1 cracked black pepper
1 salt to taste
1 sourdough bread
