Crunchy Baked Ham Salad

3 cup ham; cooked, cubed
1 cup celery; chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup olives; pimiento-stuffed; chopped
2 eggs; hard-cooked; chopped
1/4 cup onion; chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon mustard; prepared
1 dash pepper
1 cup potato chips; crushed
Combine first 9 ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 8" square baking dish; top with potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
