1 quart air-popped popcorn
1 butter-flavored cooking spray

2 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
----ITALIAN POPCORN----
1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste
1 tablespoon finely grated parmesean cheese
----NACHO CHEESE----
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce or to taste
