Dill Dressing
diabetic, dips, lowfat
1 pint nonfat plain yogurt
1 pinch white pepper
2 tablespoon chopped scallions
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon fresh horseradish
