Smooth Peanutty Sprouts

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter; ** with
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup currants; ***
* Whole wheat bread can be substituted ** Chunky peanut butter can be substituted *** Rasins can be substituted Mix smooth peanut butter with cup orange juice, and currants. Spread into halved pita breads and top with sprouts. Makes 2 halved pitas.
