Two Toppings For Matzo Bread

----TOPPING 1 {NOT THIS ONE----
1 ripe avocado
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash tabasco sauce
1 jalapeno pepper; finely minced
1 matzo bread
----TOPPING 2----
1 matzo bread
1 can tuna
2 tablespoon mayo, homemade yeastfree
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cucumber; sliced
2 tomatoes; sliced

TOPPING 1: Mash avocado in a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and stir until mixed. Serve spread on matzo bread, or use as a dip for the bread. TOPPING 2: Preheat broiler. Break matzo bread into large pieces. Set aside. Mix tuna, mayonnaise and paprika together. Spread tuna over matzo pieces. Layer each piece with cucumber and tomato slices. Broil 3 minutes, serve hot.
