Garden Salad
diabetic, dressings, salads, vegetables
4 cup cabbage; (about 1/2 med) finely sh
1/4 cup green pepper; finely chopped
1/4 cup celery; finely chopped
1/4 cup turnip; chopped
1/4 cup radishes; sliced
1 tablespoon green onion; sliced
1/2 cup unflavored yogurt
2 tablespoon vinegar; (rice vinegar)
1 tablespoon sugar; (please substitute sugar)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
