Tuna Salad


diabetic, fish, lowfat, salads

1/2 cup low-calorie mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon green onions; chopped,tops, and all
2 can 6 1/2 oz. water-packed tuna
1/2 cup celery; chopped

Combine all ingredients and toss slightly before serving. Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce. Serves 6. (From Dr. Richard Berger.)
